This image is a one size fit most! 

Approximate size:    

• Temperature for pressing is 320F/160C
• 45 seconds press time
• Heavy Pressure, Cool Peel
• Use Butcher paper or Cover
• Heat Press use highly recommended

These heat transfers can be used on garments that are 100% cotton, polyester, and/or cotton poly blends. Any items besides what is suggested use at your own risk!!!!
